Senior Manager I, Communications

At the World Food Prize Foundation, I help raise awareness for the global issue of food insecurity through social media marketing campaigns and the production of the World Food Prize Podcast (hosted by former Iowa Governor Tom Vilsack) ultimately working to highlight the work of World Food Prize Laureates and other hunger-fighters worldwide.

At the Iowa Medical Society, I designed social media marketing campaigns, managed the design for a quarterly magazine, wrote copy for the weekly newsletter, produced and edited a monthly podcast, coordinated client advertising, and designed all materials needed for the organization.

Design Intern

During my time as an intern for the Iowa Medical Society I was responsible for designing their "Iowa Medicine: quarterly magazine, creating branded deliverables, writing and distributing electronic communications, and much more.

2018

George Washington Carver Intern

During my internship, at the World Food Prize in Des Moines, Iowa, I created the 2018 "Laureate Story" publication, detailing the recipients of the 2018 World Food Prize prior to the award ceremony in Washington D.C.
